Arrive at your very own private picnic which includes, low set tables, assorted cushions, picnic rugs, fresh floral centerpieces, table decorations & a table setting for each guest (plate, fork, wine/or champagne glass).You’re more than welcome to bring your own catering, however, we just ask that you dispose of any rubbish when leaving & we will pack up the rest.
*Please note it is BYO drinks, we will provide ice buckets/ice, softdrink & bottled water.
Styling & Grazing platters – $45.00 per person.

Let us take care of everything! Simply arrive at your very own private picnic which includes low set tables, fresh floral centerpieces, table decorations, assorted pillows, picnic rugs, and a table setting for each guest (plate, fork, wine/or champagne glass,). A delicious spread of grazing platters will line the center of the tables which include a selection of gourmet dips, soft & hard cheeses, salami, crackers, olives, and seasonal fruits. Once your allocated time of 3 hours has finished, simply up and leave, making sure you take your personal belongings and we’ll take care of the pack down.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, such as sudden changes in COVID restrictions, unforeseen weather conditions, or other factors outlined in our policy, refunds for last-minute cancellations are not guaranteed. However, we understand the unpredictability of life and aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Should a cancellation occur within a 7-day timeframe, we’ll assess the situation to determine the viability of a refund or happily assist in rescheduling your event for a more suitable time. Rest assured, Boho By the Bayside holds comprehensive Public Liability Cover, prioritising the safety and satisfaction of our guests throughout every moment of your experience with us.
Couples Package – $300.00
Spend the afternoon relaxing underneath the sunshine, or beneath the starry night with our intimate picnic package for 2 people. Arrive at your very own styled picnic set up at the location of your choice. Which will include a low set table, table runner, an array of picnic rugs,
assorted cushions, a fresh floral centerpiece (included with the works package), or an artificial floral centerpiece with the classic package, a table setting for each guest – plate, fork, wine/champagne glass, as well as lanterns at our nighttime bookings.
*Please note it is BYO drinks, we will provide ice buckets/ice, softdrink & bottled water.
*Please note – we do not refund if circumstances are out of our control, eg. covid restrictions, lockdown requirements and/or unavoidable weather conditions. We will of course be happy to reschedule to another suitable time where circumstances prevail.

We have many beautiful locations around Brisbane to recommend, however, if you have a certain location in mind, or if you would prefer us to set up in the comfort of your own home, please let us know. Please note, we offer free delivery to all locations within a 5km radius of Brisbane’s CBD, any further locations may incur a fee.
