Bring your favourite people together for a styled picnic in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast or Byron Bay. From birthdays and bridal showers to relaxed get-togethers, Boho By the Bayside creates a welcoming setting for your celebration.

Choose classic low picnic tables with cushions, or upgrade to high tables with chairs for an additional $5 per person. You can also combine both seating styles to suit your group.

Your setup includes picnic rugs, fresh floral centrepieces, table decorations and an individual place setting for each guest, complete with a plate, fork and wine or champagne glass.

Prefer to bring your own food? BYO catering is welcome. Simply dispose of your rubbish before leaving, and we’ll take care of packing down the picnic setup.

You’re also welcome to bring your own food to complement the included grazing platters. We simply ask that you dispose of your rubbish before leaving and we’ll handle the rest of the pack-down.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseen weather conditions, or other factors outlined in our policy, refunds for last-minute cancellations are not guaranteed.

However, we understand the unpredictability of life and aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Should a cancellation occur within a 7-day timeframe, we’ll assess the situation to determine the viability of a refund or happily assist in rescheduling your event for a more suitable time.

Rest assured, Boho By the Bayside holds comprehensive Public Liability Cover, prioritising the safety and satisfaction of our guests throughout every moment of your experience with us.

Couples Package – $300.00

Make time for just the two of you with a Boho By the Bayside picnic experience, available across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Perfect for a romantic date, an anniversary or simply an afternoon together, our two-person picnic package pairs a beautiful setting with delicious grazing and thoughtful styling.

Choose your preferred location and arrive to find your picnic ready to enjoy. Settle into a sunlit afternoon or share a relaxed evening beneath the stars and we’ll create a setting that complements your occasion.

Your picnic package includes:

A grazing platter for two and champagne
A low or high table, styled with a table runner
Picnic rugs with assorted cushions or chairs
Floral arrangements and additional décor to suit your theme
Individual place settings with a plate, fork and wine or champagne glass
Lanterns or touch lamps for evening bookings

Delivery is complimentary for locations within a 5km radius of Brisbane’s CBD. A delivery fee may apply beyond this area, including the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Byron Bay.
